Are you a hard worker? Do you work your 8-5 job every day and ever get to a point where you say, “I wish there was an easier way to do this!” Perhaps you get along in a project that WAS easy, but then as the week goes on, the project becomes more complex with more team members and work added. Then you find yourself working so hard that you can’t afford to work “smart.” You lose efficiency, and think that the long hours and lost time you had for lunch are symptoms of success.
